Artist’s log, 9 June 2020:

Arising from two recent snake 🐍 visits from the same black snake at home – the first visit at my outdoor workshop at dusk, and the second the following evening just after midnight, between my studio and bedroom door…

I’ve learned to take visits from animals quite seriously, as it’s guided me quite a few times – as premonition, a teaching reminder (mostly to either slow down or tune-in), or a primer for what really matters.
